The Energetic and Emotional Meaning of Vaginal Infections

Your body is a magical creature and many times it is trying to speak to you. But are you listening? 

Each part of your body will try to tell us something that you are perhaps ignoring or unaware of by manifesting symptoms of disease or pain…. and your vagina is no different. She will tell you when something in your life is out of balance by creating pain and discomfort in the form of infections bacterial vaginosis (BV), yeast infections (thrush), and UTIs (bladder infections.)

Your yoni (which is the Sanskrit word for vagina, and means sacred place) is a portal of the divine and soul creation. It can literally create life, where it draws the energy of the spiritual realm into physical form, and therefore it holds a lot of intuitive wisdom. 

So when she is telling you something by creating physical symptoms, then it’s time to listen up! 

What is your vagina telling you about the quality of your relationships? 

This one is more obvious considering the part your vagina plays within your romantic and sexual encounters. We are all energy and every sexual experience you have is exchanging energy, information and DNA. 

When you have sex, you are in complete surrender and opening up a super highway to not only create an energetic contract with this person, but you also absorb their energy in the form of negative emotions, beliefs, trauma, and traits. 

If you are having recurring vaginal  infections then this could literally be a warning sign that you have been taking in someone else’s toxic energy, and they are completely misaligned to your energy, frequency and vibration. 

If you don’t know the quality of a person's soul, then you don’t know the quality of their energy, and you are leaving yourself open to energetic invasion.  

What are you not expressing? 

Firstly, your vagina is connected to your heart and throat. Not only anatomically by your vagus nerve, but also energetically and emotionally. 

Being able to be yourself and speak your truth  authentically allows you to open your heart and therefore your yoni. 

Experiencing physical infections and imbalances could be a sign that you're not being 100% honest with yourself about something or someone. These infections can be annoying, itchy and painful at times, so this could also be trying to tell you to acknowledge feelings of pain, resentment, annoyance or being pissed off that you may be suppressing. 

Ask yourself: 

• Are you not being honest with yourself that the person you're with isn’t the one? 

• Have you been holding back expressing your emotions, thoughts, and needs? 

• Are you not emotionally aligned with your intimate relationships? Is the heart missing? 

• Are you not understood, heard, validated in your relationships?

Although, vaginal infections can be caused by a plethora of reasons, these are some options to look at through the lens of spirituality, emotionality and energy.
