My initial curiosity on instagram turned into a 6month journey focused on my fear of being seen-both in my personal life and in my business. Given I’m about to take my business global, this isn’t a fear I can have holding me back.

What we uncovered was more than a fear of being seen- it consisted of everything that i’ve always struggled with; my weight, my love life, being able to speak my needs, asthma attacks and more but how they all were interlinked in my self worth, self respect and self sabotage…. and how they were the exact blocks holding my business back.

The experience has been so unexpected: so deep, so confronting, and so purging but so aligning. 

Through it  though, I have never felt so held, comforted, unashamed and not judged as I have with Gillian.

What’s interesting is the focus has been on clearing all the blocks holding me back in business but the change in me emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and energetically.

Everything in my life has changed: my ability to ask for help without shame, communication with my team of spirit guides, astral-porting completely sober,  my business has levelled up  and new opportunities are presenting themselves, my money has changed, my view on sex,  my body, my love… my purpose. Everything is the same but the colours are crisper and everything is more defined.  There’s a lightness to me that wasn't there before.
